BTW: how to you change the HDD orientation so the sata cables arnt seen from the side window? i unscrewed the hdd cage, but the holes didnt line up when i turned it 180 degrees....
I have mine 180 and it lines up perfectly. You can also slide the HDD trays in backwards and plug in from the backside.

Yup, I just left mine in the original orientation and put the tray in backwards. At first I didn't realize this and tried to rotate 180 degrees also, and when I noticed, went "doh!"

Are u "piggy bankin* one fan off the other?
i think (know) that will have a negative effect rather then a positive effect

looks like u have one fan under the other of that HS

I ended up using a Scythe Kama Bay Plus in my drive bays and it worked out perfectly. There are some other options out there as well though.

Here are some images if it helps.

may i ask how you secured the fans + filter?
there are some people using tape, but I would like to know a more secure way

Do you mean for 140mm? because I don't think there are any "manufactured" solutions for putting a 140mm fan in the 5.25 drive bays. I am one of those who used electric tape for the 140mm, and at first I was skeptical but to be honest, it's extremely secure. Unless you plan on throwing your computer around..which would be a feat with this case anyway, I am pretty sure it's not going to budge. (Especially since this is a vertical mount, the fan is basically sitting in the bay and the tape just straps it down)

I really think the tape solution that users have posted works really well, the only situation in which I could not recommend this is if you DO need the extra 4th bay, in which case I would agree with xmisery and suggest getting the scythe kama bay or the Lian Li bay adapter. I was close to getting one of those too, but I realized I was not going with the fan controller so I saved some money and just bought a single 140mm fan, instead of the bay + replacement 120mm fan.

I don't think you have to worry about filters, bc no matter what solution you end up using, it'll all be under the front panel anyway which has its own filters.

Hope this helps. Good luck!
