If you can get your hands on a really good pair of side cutting pliers you can get it out (roughly with them)

Another possibility is to drill 1 hole large enough to use a jigsaw with a metal blade, and then use the dremmil to take off the rough edges.

You can use a tool called a nibbler. It can be had at a variety of tool stores (harbor freight) for about $10. They're pretty easy to use and the cut just needs a little bit of clean up when you're done.

apparently they do, becuase i just took off an 80mm fan grille on my case window and my cpu temp went down about 2 degrees. Im gonna go lop off some of those 120mm grilles.

Okay I just got those 120mm grilles off. I was playing Doom 3 for about 2 hours. As soon as I was done playing i took a temperature reading with speedfan.

A64 3500+ @2.6GHz was 47C and cooled down to 37C in 6 minutes.

15 minutes later my cpu is idling at 34C

With the grilles on, after playing games my cpu would be about 52C so thats a pretty big difference
