Ok, well the lower score might
be cause that it's a plain x700, but you can still oc the card with ATITool.
AA & AF are Antialiasing & Anisotropic Filtering, these boost image quality, but lower performance, fps. here's a faq:
To change these values, right click the AtiTool icon and you should see them there. Lower them to get better fps, higher for better image quality.
*Edit: also, what drivers are you using? Maybe you should update them to the latest, either www.ati.com
for official drivers or www.omegadrivers.net
for modded ones. I'd recommend the Omegas, but the Ati Catalyst may work better.
