well i have a geforce fx5200 engine clock is 250 mhz and memory clock is 400 mhz

There is a moded heatsink that was of a old laptop with a small fan and also on the case there is a fan blowing right on the graphics card and it doesnt heat a lot

CPU: INTEL P4 1.7ghz with normal heatsink with fan and power suply on top of it sucking the hot air out average cpu temparure is 37-48 degrees celsius

IM NOT BUYYING ANYTHING!!! well maybe a fan

How much you should OC normally can't be answered, I'd say to do it until you either hit unstable point or the heat is too much. I normally try to stay under 55c whenever overclocking anything. Just get something to moniter the temps and slowly increase your speeds, each step up watch the temps while running something like aquamark to put a load on the video card.

Turn the fan over on the cpu, you want the air blowing through the heat sink, coolbits or ati tool will overclock you video card, I would use the ati tool myself it will test for artifacts.

ATI Tool: http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/V.../ATITool.shtml
is a good way to overclock your card, and will let you scan for arifacts at the same time to make sure your card isn't overheating.

For those who mentioned it.... You cannot use ATITool to overclock an nVdia based card!!! He has a 5200, which is nVdia.

Standard ATI Tool 0.24 doesn't, but Ati Tool Beta 8 0.25, in the link I provided, does let you overclock Nvidia cards.
