All you can do is re-do the paint job. What kind of paint are you using?

Sand it off, redo. This time put on about 5 REALLY thin coats, about 15 minutes apart, and make sure you do it on a dry day.

If you want to do a good job use paint stripper and take it down to bare metal, wet sand, clean and prime before painting. Do it in a few coats not all at once.

This is what you will need to do. Resand the case, but this time use Primer before you paint the case. I think what happened is the new paint made to paint on the case lift so now you have the bubbles. Also wet sand the primer first before you paint it. Take the time to put on very thin layers. It will take more time, but in the end you will be glad you did

Don't use auto paint... just pick up a can of spray paint for metal at Wal-Mart. Just be sure not to get a water based kind.

Will do i only have a budget of 10 bucks for paint so i can only buy two can of paint.(and some parts are plastic so i can't go all the way down to bare metal.)The paint im using dry's in ten minutes ready for the next coat. so i guess i'll need primer then. crap i need more money.

Yeah and I would suggest getting an airbrush, because a spray can will make a mediocre job espically when it starts running out and atars spiiting the paint. I have never painted metal, but I do alot of models and I have to say if you want a good paint job it will take alot of prep work, and take your time or risk getting a sh**ty job.
