Okay guys. this is really strange.

I set the voltage of CPU to 1.55 in bios and it only shows 1.40 in cpu-z, speedfan AND Bios

What gives?

um the changing voltage is bad, that could mean that your PSU is giving out. the numbers that you have and what is set at are close enough that it could be that. what kind of PSU (power supply) does it have?

if the agp is set, then that SHOULD mean that its locked, but there are always exceptions.

I hardly doubt it is the PSU unit. Its an Enermax EG495P-VE 485W PSU. So i hardly doubt its the PSU.

The voltage is not fluctuating. But just not what it's set at.... its always .1 lower. but its stable at 1.40-1.42

I have the latest bios too on the msi neo plat 2

thats an interesting question. it could be that your mobo doesn't support that high of vcore, but that seems pretty unlikely, given that is a pretty low max for anything. maybe try to update the bios. btw, why are you stepping up the vcore? are you running into stability issues? if you are, i would try raising the vdimm first, then the vcore. i g2g to sleep now because i have class in a few hours, but i'll be back sometime tommorow (later today i guess)
good luck untill then.
