Ok, well I looked up the ULI chipset, and some reviews of it, and it seems that it is not a bad overclocker, but not the best. A couple reviews of certain boards said that they had no AGP/PCI locks, which definatly kills overclocking. But not sure if thats the chipset or individual baords, as nobody says...But I stand correected, this might be a bit better then VIA, but still, Nforce is still the way to go IMO
BTW, I have one of those with a XP 3000+ and some crappy 3200....I got the XP to 2.65ghz stable
