Thats probably because the newer nVidia drivers do NOT support cards older than a certain model, lemme try and find which.

I know that my computer meets the minimum requirements for Call of Duty and I played the demo fine as well but when I run it, an error comes up saying my video card is missing a function or something. So I decided to download the latest driver from Nvidia.com but when trying to install the program, it brings up an error message saying that my hardware or my driver isn't correct. Hmm what should I do?
Please post a screenshot (press "prt scr" and paste the image to Paint and save it as a JPG, and then attach it here).

Yea I got a message from Activision saying that Nvidia TNT isn't supported. I don't see why though, it has 64 MB in the card. Sigh...

AHHA!

TNT2
TNT2 Pro
TNT2 Ultra
TNT2 Model 64 (M64)
TNT2 Model 64 (M64) Pro
Vanta
Vanta LT
GeForce 256
GeForce DDR
GeForce2 GTS
GeForce2 Pro
GeForce2 Ti
GeForce2 Ultra
GeForce2 MX Integrated graphics
Quadro
Quadro2 Pro
Quadro2 EX

NONE of those cards are supported past driver 77.72, sorry no go for those drivers. You will need to find some drivers older than the 77.72, luckily for you, google OMEGA DRIVERS, their nVidia ones are based off the 66.69 driver so those should work.

Although it has 64MB of memory, its not that powerful. My laptops Radeon 9000 only has 32MB of memory, but it runs in circles around your card.

Then I would need to upgrade my Ram and everything else right? My current computer spec probably wouldn't even run those cards..
