none of those can play commercial games, ead throught the description, the xbxo one can play halo and once you get in the game it doesn't work (only works at menus)

Why is it ill-legal? If I buy Grand Turismo 4 and play it on my computer thats legal aint it?
so Id just need an emulator and a BIOS?
whats the BIOS for?

its like plugins but its saved for the emulator.
