PS2 & Xbox games on PC - Page 3

Those Xbox, PS2, and GC emulators don't really work.. You need to find the bios on google like Jori explained as well, it's not that hard.

But yeah, the xbox emu don't play any games, the PS2 prolly doesn't either, I don't know about gamecube...

I used to be into this stuff, I stopped a long time ago. Pretty much everything before PS1 worked perfectly. Even most PS1 games can be played through emulators.

Its almost impossible for any emulators to actually work... mostly due to the speed of data transfer that a console has over the pc... a pc has to go thru several different sources and processes while a console only has to go from the processor and vid card.... Its estimated that in order for a pc to emulate an xbox game that a 7ghz processor a really really REALLY good set of vid cards and about 4 gigs of ram to be able to play it properly.

well from what I have heard and read you need 10x the specs of the system to emulate it. So for a Ps2 you would need 5.5ghz and an amazing video card to get 30fps out of it.

er.. Wrong, you need a just a decent processor and a 9200+/5500+ for a Xbox.. And PS2 is weaker than the Xbox.
