If your not volt modding I really don't even see the need for WC'ing one really.
I'm not sure if these will fit your GPU or not..Acetal Top MAZE4-1GPU Peltier Version - Danger Den
.Just e-mail them and ask. Set up a little cheap loop with a Bonnie core with decent cfm fans and a inexpensive pump. Make sure that block will accept a 50x50mm TEC, that little 80W will have to be changed out.
You'll need a larger TEC then the 80W that's in it, get the e-bay 320W, there around $20, they are 50x50mm so be sure to find out if that block can use one that large.. Look in the stickies for a guide to turn a old ATX PSU with 25 amp's on the 12 volt rail and use that for the TEC PSU.
I get my MeanWells here if you don't want to make one, its really easy to turn a ATX into one, they are just about right for a 15vdc TEC, you want ot under-volt a little anyway. The MeanWell you can adjust up or down a little if you want to...SP-320-12, Mean Well SP-320-12
.. They have pretty good guides there for GPU proofing.
..All the forulas are here and a lot of good mounting and general use info..Melcor - Thermoelectric Handbook
EDIT: Scratch that I just looked again and max TEC size for that block is a 40x40mm, missed it the first time. You can use almost any GPU block as one though as long as you don't have anything around the core that will interfere with block, TEC or cold-plate mounting, you'll just need to use a hot and cold-plate with it. That will hurt performance a little but TEC'ing one is over-kill anyway so it wouldn't matter much.Edited by ira-k - 9/3/09 at 3:52pm
