Ok, Got it setup, (I hate those SLI jumpers pffff). If anyone can get hold of SLI-DR experts in the UK please let me know . Its a CABGE VPAW So i'm not expecting miricles lol.

Anywayz, managed to get it to 3000Mhz but i cant bench @ this yet:

and ran a AM3 @ 2600Mhz:

and a 1mb SuperPI:

need to fiddle with the bios a little more. There are so many more bios options compared to my Intel. (need to figure out what a lot of them actually do lol)

I had it running 250x12. Would running a divider, maybe 133 help me out? I don't know if it is my memory holding me back.
Also I have knocked the IdleCycle down to 16. And do I need to enable CPC? (You'll have to put up with my noobness, as these setting are new to my Intel infected brain)

Very nice DaGuv! I'm getting an Opteron tomorrow and I'm hoping I can get good results as well.

Running a divider can help if you believe your memory is the limiting factor. No other way to know than to try it out although if you're using PC4400, your memory should be good up to 275 MHz. CPC is enabled by default but if you want to make sure it's "on", go into your memory timings section and change the CPC to enabled.

How come the Opterons are said to be San Diegos, But they dont perform so well in benchmarks?

Not sure if this is what you're asking, but Command Per Clock is 1T if enabled and 2T if disabled.

As OC Newbie said, try a divider and just see where the CPU can go on the current cooling... then wind the Mem back up to fit.

CPC is enabled by default on the DFI nF4 MBs but I always set to Enabled just to make sure ... sounds like you have a good chip there .. keep on going Up

Also maybe try different BIOS 704-2BTA, 623-3... have a look through the nF4 FAQ for these and to check off some of the introduction aspects.

They are SD cores ... IMHO it's the mem controler thats different and ment for quality being it's actually a "Server" chip. That is error free, being I believe it supports unbuffered and ECC RAM.
Can anyone up with some proof to help back me up on this?

Don't think that I have the foggiest idea about their architecture, but I think maybe they're designed for less relaxed math.
