CD flash utility?

Last night I flashed my bios to prepare for a new processor. Now Windows is getting a fatal error when I boot and I don't have time to do anything on the desktop. Since I don't currently have an installed floppy bay, I was wondering if there is a way to flash from a CD-R. I'm pretty sure the problem is the new BIOS, since I've been running stock for a few days. Thx.

Yes, You can flash the motherboards BIOS with a DOS bootable CD-R.
How do I flash my system BIOS with out a floppy drive?
