These guys are providing unlimited storage for $5 a month and not only that, they show you how to build a budget 67 terabyte storage server on the cheap. It's amazing how efficient these guys are compared to the big companies' solutions.

i dont get why they use a PCI card for so many of the drives - wouldnt 4 PCI-E cards be better?

Nope, Or music nor movies nor games.....

I dont see why anyone in the world who does not have some kind of sick fetish or ubsession with porn or sex would need that much space.

I have a 400GB main and a 120gb and 80GB to store my games so i dont have to reinstall them, And i have ripped the music I own and some dvds so i dont have to change disks.

You have different uses to everyone else, I regularly have to delete stuff or I'd go over 1Tb.

Abolutely awesome!

If I ever have a spare $8K, I'm building one of these. lol

Most media nuts (ahemm.. or pirates... cough cough) are able to fill up a 1 TB or two pretty quickly.

ps. I LOVE how they put a SolidWorks model of the enclosure design up on their site. Nice!
