I just ordered a new ATI card to play with, and I'm looking for projects I can adapt to my Radeon 5830. Is that what this group is working on?
Currently, there are only three projects that can run off an ATI GPU; Milkyway@home, Collatz Conjecture, and DNETC@home.
Milkyway@home works on creating a map of our galaxy (hence the name of the project) using images taken by various telescopes around the world.
Collatz Conjecture is attempting to prove (or disprove) a mathematical conjecture called...the Collatz Conjecture (bet you didn't see that one coming). Here's the Wikipedia article for more info on that.
DNETC@home is kind of a mix. But currently (and some of their recent projects) have to do with cyphers and digital security keys.
Also, you can find a list of the more popular BOINC projects HERE, although not everyone supports an ATI graphics card (but you could still run them off your CPU if you really wanted to).
Off-topic: Don't forget to fill in your systems specs (HERE)
