How to make an ISO with NERO?

I know this seems like a dumb question, but I really don't know how to do it. There is a button to make an ISO/UDF of a disk, but I can't figure out how to work it.

First open Nero,
Click Recorder | Save Track,
Select your CD reading device from the list click OK,
Pick ISO Image file(*.iso) from Output file format,
Click Browse to where you want to save,
Then click Go/OK.

I know it was that way in the older versions. (I use Alcohol now)
Might still work though.

Thanks for the answer. I was using Alcohol 120, but I wanted to use it with 64 bit windows, and I couldn't, so I am converting all of my stuff to ISO's so it can be universal.
