OK, so I uninstalled all the drivers and ran driver clean to remove all traces . I ran SuperPi (1M) and got a time of 30 secs on the dot. I also adjusted the 2D clock from 275MHz to 376MHz max (This has made a 20% increase in the Aquamark score). Aquamark is giving me a score around 88.8 FPS and X2: Threat is giving me just over 103 FPS (I think these are good, but I am a noobie) I reran PCMark05 and got a score around 6450, which is still LOW I think. Any other suggestions???? I guess I will try to partition my extra HDD and install a fresh Windows. Could 3DMark be especially sensitive to the high memory timings???

X2 The Threat score is with EVERYTHING in options enabled and Aquamark score is using the default test in the trial version (the only one available).

OK, so it turns out that the problem was a cooling problem...I guess PCMark05 really strains the GPU or something. I was using Thermaltake's VGA waterblock and had it installed securely on the GPU, so I am not sure why the GPU was running 20C hotter than with stock cooling. Does anyone else use watercooling on their GPU??? If so, what brand???

BTW, as soon as I switched to stock cooling, I got a score around 7450.

That would explain it. Your card was overheating, and throttling down to prevent damage.
