So if it's not the power supply do you have any other ideas?
Honestly, I still think it's the power supply. Just because the voltage rails look somewhat OK, it could still be considerably short on amperage. I would honestly look at your power supply as public enemy number one at this point, until it can be proven otherwise.

I agree, I was doing the math on just exactly how much amps/watts/volts my system is using and I'm really close to the 350W on the PSU. Not to meantion that PSU's never really operate at the stated wattage. I'm going to get the the Antec TrupePower 2.0 550W.

I'm also putting artic silver on the cpu. Where is that solder point on the chip for the vmod. I'm looking all over but can't find it?

As I said, a nice picture is provided as well - when you see it, it's really a slap in the face, how simple it is and all.

Ah I see it now. What did you use a conductive silver pen? It looks really hard to try and solder.

Wow.... I didn't know this many people owned an ASRock DualSata2....
This is awesome, I love my mobo..

I OCed my 4000+ from 2.4 to 2.82 without a problem at all, stock cooling.
I also did I BIOS update on mine, I got the update from www.asrock.com
I now have my bios at 1.5 or 2.5, its one or the other. (the newest one out)

So this is awesome. I finally got her to 300 HTT. I put the multiplier down to 8. Hey Taishan, isn't this what you were running on? I'm not sure if i even need to do the vmod. She seems pretty stable here. Now if I can just get these reboots to stop I'll be set.

Pulling the multi down to 8, you shouldn't have needed to do the vmod to begin with. As long as your proc will do that frequency, you should be able to set the HTT pretty high - I've personally been as high as 325 on that board. As far as the mod goes, I've tried the trace pen, and it didn't work. I actually had to physically solder it - and yes, it's difficult to do that way, but I did it with a friend's help. You'll only need to do the Vcore mod if you want to push higher than 1.45V through your proc (you'll only get to 1.55V though).

Sweet. I'll just leave it as is now. I'll get the new PSU this week and post the results on the reboot situation. Thanks for the help, you rock!
