It looks like a Socket 478 heatsink but you should jmake sure before buying. Also what form factor does your CPU use? If it's Socket 775, it won't work, last you'll still need to buy a fan since it's not big enough to passively cool.

I think celeron is a socket 478. My stock heat sink uses 2 silver clips. It has a big black thing on the motherboard, and in the centre is the CPU.
