Of interesting note is that the cards are to be made by ASUS as well as BFGTech, it seems ASUS has delayed them until Feb. because they feel there aren't enough games to support it now, however BFG hasn't hinted at a delay so their cards may still come out next month. This should be interesting, the physics card market I mean maybe BFG will overclock theirs LOL!

I want one too, but I really don't think the delay means you're gonna miss out on anything. Wasn't it said that games had to be specifically written to take advantage of the thing anyway?

Yea, I also want one. I think it will be pretty cool, but the games are going to have to be written for it in order for them to take full advantage of it, so it is likely that we wouldn't get to take advantage of it in games for a little while.

I'm not going to bother with the Agea one, I'll most likely get the ASUS PHYS-X card.

You can't 'patch' that sort of thing. That's like trying to rip the foundation out from under a house and putting in a completely new one.

The physics is in the 'engine', or the actual source of the code. To 'patch' that would mean writing an entirely new game.
