Budget i5 system BUILD - Page 2

If what shock said is true your best bet is a mugen 2 or dark knight. Very good and not going to make a hole in your wallet.

Indeed or go all out and buy a megahalem paired up with a scythe kaze maru 140mm fan...then your cooking with gas at 65CFM!

EDIT: 100+ CFM with the 1900rpm fan...and best of all it fits just like a 120mm ordinary fan due to its unique size, im planning on buying several of these for my case and pluggin into fan contoller to slow it down at night times

Taken from august 24th review: http://en.expreview.com/2009/08/24/p...-pictures.html

Besides supporting for LGA 775/1366 processors, Mega Shadow is compatible with the upcoming LGA 1156 as well, and, no fan is included.

Mega Shadow is expected to hit retail next month for $78-$80.

The Crossbow 1156 adapters for the Xig Dark Knight and other Xigmatek heatsinks will be available next week @ Microcenter (sales rep was explaining this). I hope he is correct. Here they are... http://www.xigmatek.com/product/acce...-ack-i5361.php

just noticed the Scythe Kaze Jyuni 1900RPM Slip Stream 120mm Fan on overclockers.co.uk

only £6.99 each! the stats below are incredible:

- Air volume at full speed (12V), CFM ±10% 110.3
- Noise level at full speed (12V), dB(A) 37.0
- Fan speed at full speed (12V), RPM ±10% 1900
- MTBF 3.5 years

100cfm for 37db...i think my current cpu cooler is like 35db and 40cfm!
