As others have said, 7800GT ALL THE WAY. It will by far give you the best improvements.

sure the gfx card will make the most noticable differnece but i think i would say ram here... if you are going water and think you may have a limiting factor other than temp i would iron that out first. If you buy the 7800gt now, in a couple months your still not gonna have that crazy overclock and your not gonna want the 7800 anymore cause the "8800GTX-RT-17o5p" (name may vary) that just came out will be the new hot stuff.

2.8 ghz is more than enough speed for now, the 7800GT will give you a more observable performance boost.

Get the 7800GT, Then sell the 6600GT add a little more money then get your ram. and if you want to go that way let me know, I will buy the 6600GT for a reasonable price for both of us.
