what kind of sandpaper, wet, dry or wet and dry. AMDOverclocked
I used wet sanding (metalic sanding paper) and used mostly 800grit to break thru the alumanium layer and 1000grit 2000Grit the rest of the way.

yeah thats part of that little guide i forgot to put in. the glass really does help, and of course it will lower your temps, just make sure your not a warrnty happy person first. If you burn up your proc or if you bend/brake a pin in the process your done, AMD woult take it back, heck they'l barley take it back if you use any other heat sink aside from the one provided (so if you get the heat sink with the heat pipes use a 80\\70mm fan to 120mm fan adapter and you got a bigtyphoon, pretty much) and diff thermal paste *Budget Cooler*. so take your time and do the additional research on how much it helped other people with the same processor, not just temp dropps in all honesty.
