Waterchillers...Haven't seen any recently, except for the Swiftech one, but I think it's discontinued. Pretty much, you don't want one because it's too much of a hassle to set up.

It is a phase change cooling system(refrigeration) which brings the water in your water cooling loop to sub ambient temperatures.

actually that is sort of a funny way to aska question. not that much different than, "what are herpes, and where can i find some?" how can you know you want to know where a waterchiller is if you dont know if you want it?

Not worht getting a water chiller. Either, get a pelt w/ direct contact to the cpu or phase change

you could build your own with a windows A/C and a large radiator that cools your water...it's an idea
