i have a problem with my pc motherboard

i have a suttle mv43v v7.3 motherboard whith a pentum 2.4 celeron proceser
the problem when i swich the pc on it will load up but then it will crash can somebody help me please

reset the cmos by removing the battery and replacing it.

what was the most recent thing you did to your computer to require it to be turned off?

yeah we gotta get some more info here... when does it crash? b4 or after the windows splash screen?

i have done that but it still the same it did load once but i switched it off and it just crashed but when i go into biose to see if there it a problem it will crash

check your psu connections, as well as make sure there are no unessential items plugged into the board (only psu, cpu, gpu, and ram)

boot it this way and see what happens. also, your mobo battery might be dead and needed to be replaced.

yes i have done that but my onboard graphics procesor chip was hot and when i got the motherboard it had a crap heat sink on it but i have changed it
could that bee the problem and could i put a fan on it

what is the gpu of that system (I'm assuming it's not your geforce4)
