I would be mounting the radiator up the front of the case behind the mesh and drawing a nice clean airflow from the front through the core.

can you explain to me the significance of mounting the rad and fan in the front and how i would do this on a tt armor case as the fan is stuck on the drive bays

You dont want to be drawing air across the core from inside the case where the ambient tempreture is higher.

The cse fans at the front can be removed.

ok you've convinced me that makes sence the only drawback I can think of, correct me if im wrong, the front fan is designed to be drawing cool air and cooling the entire cases ombient temps etc. while the rear will exhaust. by mounting the rad at the front and allowing the front intake to draw air through the rad will allow hotter temps to enter the case theirfore causing higher ambient temps inside the case, which in turn means hotter cpu block, hotter pump, hotter video card mobo etc. ????

I am mounting it now as we speak will post pic of the finshed result gimme half hour and i will post temps before and after.

uh, you want to mount your rad. somewhere where there will be cool air coming into it and where it wont blow the hot air onto something (shuch as your mobo) I just have it on the back of my computer because there isnt a good place to mount it on the front and i leave the side of my case open, so it gets cool air.

NO thanks for that suggestion THIS IS PERFECT i have dropped 4 degree from idle and 3 degree off load by mounting the rad at the front. Not to mention it look meaner . Ambient temp is 24degrees.

I dont know how to explain this but my case temp has dropped a stagering 5 degree by mounting the rad at the front. The air being blown in from the rad seems to be cool im HAPPY !!!!!!!
