the ASRock supports both agp and pci-e, the albatron supports pci-e only (just look at the pictures)...no hardware incompatabilities I've heard of...read some reviews on it

all you have to watchout for is the power connector (24 pin)

Well my current psu has the 24 pin connector already so I don't need an adapter. But it's good that you haven't heard of any hardware incompatabilities.
