Thread Starter
When i try to find max core on ATi Tool, after a minute or two the 3-d image will display some text under it which say "Heat-Up Stage"

What does this "Heat-up stage" mean?

just giving the card time to reach the max temp at the speeds you're running...it doesn't always get it to the max temp, but it is there to better overclock your card and to know about where your temps are while doing the tests.
