Printable Motherboard Hole Layouts

Thread Starter
I just created some printable hole layouts out of a CAD program and thought I'd share them with everyone. All the marks are where the holes go. The measurements I used to mark the holes came from formfactors.org. I'm pretty sure all the measurments are correct, but I have not tested them to be 100% accurate (I don't have any spare mobos laying around). If someone could report the layouts are accurate, I would appreciate it.

Each size is to scale. The ATX and microATX layouts are in JPEG format, as they will not fit on a single sheet of paper at 1:1 scale. The miniITX layout is in PDF format, as it can fit on a single sheet of letter size paper.

Hope this can help all the modders out there!

Nice. It would be a little more helpful if you could put the standard PCI and CPU locations on it too. Since a great case mod is to cut out a hole so the CPU back plate can be removed without removing the MB. Also a dashed line showing the M-ATX size and the additional MATX holes would make it useable for 90%+ of the people on here.

Good call. When I was making them, it was really just for me to drill out the holes. Sharing them with OCN was just another idea. Also, I included a mATX pattern as well. The reason for that is because mATX has a few more holes needed to drill out than ATX in some places and so I thought it deserved a new template.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but I can't seem to find the download for the PDF. Maybe it's just because I'm new around here tongue.gif

Can anybody help me out?

This would be immensely helpful for me in building my NES PC.

Thank you smile.gif

i'm sure i/you could make something up, but you'd have to use 2 pages and line them up, it wouldn't be that hard to do a scale drawing of the hole layout
