Best CPU Cooling Solution

I am building a system and am now looking for the best CPU cooling solution for this setup. I am like to Overclock to the highest allowable settings that safe temps will allow for 24/7 usage. Here are my Spec.'s:

MOBO: DFI-LANPARTY UT X58-T3eH8
CPU: Intel Core i7 920, D0, S-spec: SLBEJ
VID: Sapphire ATI Radeon HD4850 X2 2GB

For air cooling you're looking at the Thermalright IFX-14 or Prolimatech Megahalems.

This thread really was done in 1 (response). I'd suggest either one of those coolers, and if money isn't a problem, try out some Indigo Xtreme! Here is an explanation of this new and different TIM, and here is a thread with some performance numbers. I only mention this because you said you wanted the best.

I've heard great things about TRUE, but I've also heard counter arguments saying that while the TRUE has the potential to be awesome, it takes a little bit of trial and error getting there (lapping seems almost required).
