But i can oc with stock. It would be okay as long as its under 71C
I would honestly keep it under 55C, even though you would be safe up to 71C. Keeping it under 55C would minimize the risks of the processor and would allow it to last longer, even though it would probably last longer than you would use it for.

At a top I would say keep it under 60C, a cooling upgrade is a good idea to allow you to overclock higher.
If you go over 55C use throttle watch to make sure that TM1 does not activate
