Emule.
But to get good speeds you have to keep it running for hours, sometimes a day or two at first until you get good ranks on other people's queues.
You should also download many files, like 10 or 15, at the same time so your chances of constantly downloading increase.

Guys...iTunes costs 10 bucks for a whole album, and 1 buck for a song. How much of a price hit is that for the average joe? I just installed iTunes and set up an account with a $30 iTunes gift card I got for X-mas. I've downloaded 2 Larry the Cable Guy albums already with 20+ songs on each album.

Well, lets see I may be 13 but I alwase have cash, and an alright amount of it, but I would guestamate that I I have about 1000-1500 songs, most are mine but a few are from my parents, so a buck a song, and I have days where I will ''aquire'' like 30songs all at once, so that is 30 bucks for every ''spree'' I have and about $1000-1500 in total JUST for songs, now I'm not saying that ANY of it was aquired in an illegil manner, but that's enough cash to get me ANOTHER comp if I wanted to. Also talk about the amount of programs/games you can get, I know a bunch of people who got their start on flash with a dl'd copy of flashMX and are quite good at it now.

But does that ~1000 bucks make sense, when you compare it to the multi-$100,000 lawsuit you get smacked with when you get caught by the FBI and/or local law enforcement?

HAHA, see that's the IF, IF I get caught. Now most of the time they aren't going after the little time girl dl'ing the new Usher cd and such, but the guy who download movies cd's and such and then sells it on the street corner. Get caught by the local law enforcement, you mean the cops, well usually cops don't go through your comp on random occasions just to see what you have dl'd and if it was in an illegal fashion, unless you have made yourself known to them, but now of course not many people go to a cop and say ''Hey, do you see this ipod, well I just FILLED it with songs I downloaded off of limewire, and didn't pay a dime.'' When it all boils down to facts and figures there are just too many small fishes in the sea, and if you are one of them the chances of you getting caught vs the amount of stuff you can get for free at in instant (or almost an hour if you running 56k, lol) are to MOST people, yes you may call them imorale or whatever, is worth the risk. Now I am not NOT encouraging p2p, but am just simply expressing my mind, and do not wat to start a whole war that will probley never end, because in fourms they never do untill they get locked.
