I havent really tuned either car though, just basic aero and gear ratios. How did you set your control settings for your gamepad. Specifically the Steering dead zone, steering sensitivity, and speed steering sensitivity.

With the 360 controller I have to use steering assist or im off the track......
I also use antilock, but no other assists.
Thank you!

Getting a good tune for the car makes a hell of a difference in grip, cornering speed and stability. Takes a while, alot of trial and error if you are new to this. Remember to Restart the race just when you enter it, or the changes made to the car wont be "activated"....some bug in the game.

Anyway here is my gamepad settings, The only sensitive buttons on my gamepad is the analog sticks... so accel, brake sensivity and more is not correct.

I completely agree with the part in bold. I have probably spent more time tuning cars in Gran Turismo than actually racing them. That is the aspect I enjoy the most. The handling physics in NFS seem different though and I havent been able to really fine tune them.

In GT I know if I change a suspension setting a certain way the car will oversteer braking into a corner and come out nuetral under power. With NFS its just different and its harder to change the "feel" of the car.

So far I'm 2nd on Laguna Seca with this new lap time ...
edit: after countless laps, my best is 1:17.320
I dont understand how did super supra get that 1:16.5 .. maybe if you have higher driver level, the driver is more experienced and has better control over the car compared to a driver with lower driver level ... who knows but I find it a little hard to believe.

Do you mean see the times in order of most to least recent?

Edit. I added a "Recent" tab. Just went backwards on the posts and added times. Top is most recent.
