Looks like I've got some competition now, and need to work on my guide a little more to compete.

I like everything except the part about making sure to use quick switch!

That setting absolutely drives me insane!

I have my mouse set to the default setting for CS:S and I never messed with the dpi on my computer. I do know however that it is pretty low, and I can still use a flick shot for anything and get just as many kills, etc as someone who has a very high dpi. It is just whatever you wanna use, or whatever you're used to, it doesn't effect your skill at the game at all.

Quick switch is absolutely vital to switch to the next weapon mid gun-fight. This is especially true with AWPing as you should always quick switch to get get out of your zoom rather than take the time to zoom/re-zoom etc. You will always see top players utilize this method for quick switching.

You are welcome. Just sharing some stuff from the asian part of town. Great guide btw. Should help a lot of people. Rep+

This isn't entirely true.

I played cs for a few years and got to CAL-main and ESEA-M

If you are double scoped, DO NOT quick switch, it will take longer to re zoom back into double scope than it would to just wait.

Also, in source, if you are single scoped, then yes. Quick switching is something you could consider, but like everything in cs, it's all situational.

I rarely see top players in a double zoom.... and yes it would take longer using the quickswitch if u needed to get back to that double zoom. Like I said though, many players including myself rarely use the double scope but yes everything is situational. For example if you are holding someone pinned down in a far away spot then you should just take your shot and let the scope come back up without closing down your scope for the next shot. My suggestion is to hit your shot rather than miss it and to pull out your deagle while you run away

A one-deag looks good and inspires a little awe here and there, but a 2-glock or a single burst will make someone MAD!

To be honest, I now prefer the Five-Seven myself when playing CT (if I have enough buy a new secondary), and the Glock while T. When short on cash, I'd much rather keep my pistol and buy nades, than grab a Deagle anyway.

I'm just tired of using it, that's all.

Ugh I hate the glock. My most hated gun in the game. I think it has rubber bullets lol. Don't get me wrong I still headshot people, but only from very close ranges and it is obviously easier with other pistols to do more damage.
