which cooling system?

In my wildest dreams, i never imagined using water cooling, but now im considering using it. I was gonna use a zalman fatalaty cooler on my gfx card, and a xp 90c with a high power 80 mm fan. And then maybe 1 or 2 nice 120 mm side fans. all this would add up to around 100 dollars or maybe even more. So I ask you what water cooling system would beat the air cooling system i was going to get for the same price. I have a socket 754 amd 3200+ and a pci express 7800 gt. Anywho, I saw these systems that looked like pretty good options, but I want to know if there are better system for the same price, and if if it will be more effective then the air cooling system.

Well not much of a W/C guy, but why not look around first.
Those do look sweet.
Never hurts to wait and get a few appinions.
Have you check Danger Den yet?

If it were mine and had to choose on of them. Then Second one i would pick.

Those systems will cool about the same as high-end air. The only good systems will be the ones you build yourself.

I vote no on those systems. Just get a custom made system. It will be worth it in the long run, because when the mounting changes on your new upgrade all you have to do is buy a new mounting bracket and LOTS OF OC'ing.

If you do go with air I would recommend the Zalman 700-CU not the fatality because you’re spending extra money on the name and the looks that will not be visible (think about how it will be facing the floor in your comp).
As for the XP-90C I would say spent the extra on the XP-120 if it will fit in your case.

So with my air cooling rant out of the way.....
-Go with DD for pump, tubing, res, and your GPU block.
-Swiftech makes great CPU blocks. The STORM is the best so I hear, but I just snagged the Apogee.
-Get a heatercore from an auto parts store and you're good to go.

i really want a nice water cooling system, i could maybe, just maybe spend like 130-140, but im not sure if its really worth it for the preformance gains, along with the fact of teh cheapness of my computer. I have a amd 64 3200+ that wont be upgraded any time soon, 512 mb of ram, and probaly the nicest thing about my computer, a 7800 gt. I already bought a graphics card as expensive as my computer cost me, its hard to justify spending so much on cooling when the gains wont be very significant. I plan on overclocking a lot, but my budget is extremely limited, as I'm 16 years old, and have no job due to my every day kung-fu practice, and i have to pay for gas, so the only money i really get is christmas money and b-day money, so i was gonna just use some of that money on a cheap wc setup. Could i get a nice wc setup for maybe 130-150 ish? I know the aquastar by kingwin is around that price, and looks pretty nice.

If you shop around you can get a system for $150. Check out ebay for single parts. I'm selling a full system right now on there and a MAZE 4 GPU block. PM me if you want.

Stay away from the evercool and the kingwin. You would get the same temps with good air cooling. I have the kingwin. I used it for a couple of months then I got a danger den swiftech custom kit. Temps were still around 52c with the kingwin. Now I never get higher than 42. I paid $156 for my 6002 block, dangerden double heatercore 10ft of tubing and the csystems mag pump. I bought a video card for my son for xmas so as to not have wasted my money I'm going to use the kingwin to cool it. If you go with one of those kits , I don't think you'll be happy.
DO a google search for dangerden coupons. I found one that gave me 10% off my order.
