Ok i just built my first setup: now im up to the testing stage and i have de ionized water and water wetter anti alge by water chill now do i need to use this?will alge form using de ionized water or do i need to use the water wetter?Thanks

Yes, you need to use water wetter to prevent algae buildup. Put about an eighth of a cup in, that should do you well.

Yes, Burn is correct. You do need some form of additive to prevent algae growth. WW is fine, but don't use too much, just a couple ounces for your whole loop. Zerex works well also.

A little note about de-ionized water: There is no point in buying this stuff, because as soon as you open the bottle, the water will start pulling ions from the atmosphere and anything other surface that is makes contact with. In other words, it will not stay deionized once you open it.

Oh ok thanks guys ill post pics hopefully tomorrow i should get a SHWEET O/C thanks again

P.S I thought i wouldent get alge if i was just testing it for 24 hours i thought it would take longer for it to develop to becouse there is not that much heat becouse of no CPU.
