Antec Silver Thermal Compound any good?

Thread Starter
I'm installing my Pentium 820 to my Asus P5LD2 and I’m curious whether to go buy some Antec Silver Thermal Compound at my work for about $10 or just use what came with my Thermaltake BigWater cooling kit. It just appears to be some generic thermal grease?
I have read mixed reviews about the greases and I’m not sure if it’s really worth it. I am looking to overclock it so I think I shouldn’t skimp on the intermediary between my 820 and the water block.

So what should I do, for those who know?

As5 will get you the best temps, about a 3c to 7c. drop.

Oh yea that's what we have at Circuit City. I wasn't sure why it seemed different than the kind I had suggested. Thank you for helping me figure out the mystery.
