You can't reach 5ghz on your cpu, its impossible. Sorry. You can't even reach 4ghz with water. You're cpu has a 12x multiplier, and running 2gigs of ram at 333mhz wouldn't be possible. Plus you have a dual core making it more difficult. Heat won't be your problem, it will be limitations of the hardware.

The problem with what you're asking is that watercooling can, at best, keep your components at ambient temperature. A killer watercooling setup will help your OC somewhat, but not as dramatically as you're expecting. You need to look into phase change if you're looking for super results. It sounds like you'd be disappointed with water cooling if you're expecting much better results than air. The best air coolers aren't that far behind water and even beat some of the crappier water systems.

Go get a prometia mach2. Like 800bucks but worth it. -50c temps.
But 5ghz is out of almost everyone's reach, especially on an opteron. On an intel....maybe but still almost impossible. If u do want 5 ghz..... And u have money.... u might wana try liquid nitrogen.

You will not get 5ghz, you may get 3.0 with Phase Change.
5 ghz is literally impossbile with any current AMD, the record is 4 ghz, and that was sustainable for 5 minutes.

LN is only for short bursts. You wouldn't be able to run it 24/7, it's used for the ultimate "suicide shot"
