3.8ghz safety issue

Thread Starter
I got my computer to 3.8ghz and it's running fine except for one thing. When I run Ai Booster, my computer freezes and it didn't when I ran Ai Booster at 3.6ghz. My temps are pretty good right now too (41C idle, haven't tested load temps yet). Is it safe to keep my clock speeds this high?

I have the memory set 266mhz in the bios and that's the lowest the bios allow. Everything else is running fine. Hmm.

How do I loosen the timing on my memory. Is there a program for that?

There is an option to change the memory timings on the P4P800-E D, it's somewhere (I used to own the P4P800-SE, but I have forgoten where the memory timing options were).
edit: sorry if that wasn't much help
