dell 21 inch crt monitor issues!

hey yall!
i own a 21 inch dell crt monitor, i recently installed my new x800gt sapphire card and started noticing that everytime i turn my p.c on the screen is off set and i am always adjusting it does anyone know why this happens?
info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You're not changing the monitor refresh rate or resolution settings? If you are, that's why. They all save their own setting and have to be adjusted and saved. Btw, I have 4 of those and they're GREAT monitors!

what would be a reasonable refresh rate inline with my specs i kinda get scared when messing with that stuff.

Put it as high as it will allow you to set. Anything harmful or above specifications will not be shown, so don't worry about setting anything too high. I run mine at 120 hz.
