No because you're still gonna be playing with voltage with TCCD, anyway. Default voltage is like 2.6 or something and you'll need somewhere around 2.9 for a good OC. With BH-5, you're just playing with more voltage is all. First you'll need to break the sticks in by looping memtest continuously at stock speeds with 3.4 or 3.5 volts (should get yourself some decent cooling for your RAM if running 3.5 or more). After about 12 hours of this (just do it before you go to sleep and it'll be done when you wake up), you can start to OC. keep the voltage at around 3.3 or 3.4 and keep timings tight at 2-2-2-5. Move up slowly and when you reach around DDR510, you might need to up the voltage to 3.5 to keep going (again, some air flow is necessary). With 3.5 volts, you can push to DDR520, and at 3.6 volts, you'll get to DDR540. Most people don't like running with that high of a voltage, so keep it at 3.4 and below if you don't have good air flow. DDR510 at 3.4 is good anyway.
