If your looking to build an overclock machine I'd suggest getting different ram, other than that it looks like a great build. You can afford to go to a dual core CPU, if you decide to, get the one with 2 x 1mb L2 cache.

Look at my buyer's guide, in my signature. Prices are in US dollars... but in short, yeah, check it out. The price ranges still apply.

Yours:

3700+ S939 =$365
ASUS A8N-E =$175
OCZ DDR400 =$265
XFX 7800GT =$569
WD 250 SATAII =$170
Antec TP II =$129
Thermaltake Soprano =$149
Win XP home =$139

Total =$1961

Newegg:

3700+ S939 =$235
ASUS A8N-E =$110
OCZ DDR400 =$172
XFX 7800GT =$290
WD 250 SATAII =$100
Antec TP II =$100
Thermaltake Soprano =$65
Win XP home =$100

Total =$1172

Savings=$800

With that extra $800 i reccomend dual core processors, or a 7800GTX, or 2 GB of ram.

I was going to say your build looked pretty expensive for the performance.

With that $800, I'd reccomend what x3nh4nc3d did but in order: x2 3800 cpu, 2gb or ram, and 7800gtx if you were going to upgrade/get new parts in a certain order. Actually, you'd probably have enough to get the better cpu, more memory, and another 7800gtx for SLI if you got everything from newegg.

When someone says something about dollars, I assume it is USD because that is the most common.
