keykhlid I am not familiar with DDR2 myself but if it's since stock voltage is 1.8V, I thinking going above 2.1V could potentially damage the memory in the long term if you care that is. If not, go as high as your motherboard will allow!

Don't go to 2.8V ! That voltage is used to overclock DDR since it's originally at 2.5/2.6V.
As OCNewbie said, 2.1V should be the max.
