temp is it good for a 630

hello, I have done my first true overclock and I just want to know if it's good, I have an Asus P5AD2 PREMIUM with a pentium 4 HT 630 3.2 ghz and I have overclock it a 3.84 at 1.4V with a stock air cooling Intel system. My temp is 60C under load and the mobo is at 42C under load. Is it too much ??? Can I go higher with my stock cooling.

That is absolutely fine You are safe by our standards for another 5C as our recommended temperature rating is 65C.

As for your overclock that is very impressive for 1.4v and a stock cooling system, I would be happy with that but I would get your hands on a better fan/heatsink and take it up into the 4GHz range.

Note: By our standards you are ok up to 1.525 volts on the CPU vcore, and 65C for the CPU temperature.
Note: By Intel's standards you are ok up to 1.550 volts on the CPU vcore, and 67.7C for the CPU temperature.

The P4 630 is rated at 3.0 GHz but you said it's 3.2GHz.
I'd say you have a reached a very good speed @ normal core voltage and with stock cooling. Looks like the temps are pretty normal for a 840MHz overlock !
Still, if you intend to take it higher I'd suggest you go for some better cooling such as Thermaltake's Big Typhoon.
60C is about the max you wanna have under load (if you can keep it @55C it's even better).
