I'd say keep tweaking til you ARE limited by the mobo, then look into unlocking the cpu
What do you mean? How exactly do I tell if the pci/agp bus is locked (just to make sure, I'd hate to corrupt my g/f's hard drive). There is an option in the BIOS to set the speed of the memory, 133, 166, or 200 while keeping the same FSB. CPU-Z doen't show RAM freq in the memory tab, just shows the timings which are 2.5, 3, 3, 6. Am I figuring the RAM speed correctly?

I am, too. I don't know why CPU-Z calls it a mobile... All the multipliers are locked, and the vCore is 1.7V (non-adjustable in BIOS). It said AthlonXP on the chip itself, though.
