What are your settings in the bios? Did you overclock at all? Its weird if its at stock and still not stable. There are lots of combinations that can cause the problem. Have you run memtest86 for your memory?

Wow, that's sure weird. Honestly, I don't know what else to tell you. I guess you can wait for the 720BE to arrive and we'll see how it plays out. Hoping there's no problem with it.

Well guys I had to bite the bullet and went to compusa and picked up an Asus M3N72-D...i think its basically the same as the K9N2 just diff manuf and HDMI intergrated..I slapped the 956 in there and loaded up and this thing screams..i got all 5.9 vista rating, the bios are much better on the asus boards I think..you can turn the pc on and not even load windows and still surf the web and photos..they have an easy flash program in it, so that was fast and simple..the o/c options are nuts, so many my mind is blown..On the bright side I got my RMA# today so off goes the K9N2 tomorrow..So we can all rull out it was a fried board..thanks for all of your help with this but hey crap happens... +1 for all of you that helped
