Are the Asus M3N72-D PCI-e slots 2.0? I just had a look and it didn't say quite clearly.

Yes it is.

**On the other hand, I might upgrade my board next year (2010). I just feel it needs new hardware functionality. Don't get me wrong, I love this board, but I will be switching to DDR3 along with the new Phenom II dualies.**

I am LOL right now b/c I looked up the board I just bought from your link and I paid $109.99 for it at CompUsa and the Egg has it at $115.99...That is too funny. I am sending off my K9N2 today when I get off Anyhow, I think I might just hold on to the K9N2 and Kuma and build a folding rig. I am not into folding now but hey look I have a reason to get into it now and make a dedicated machine for it, plus it's for the cause right? Do any of you guys fold? Thanks again for your help!!!

I got a slight prob ppl, amd say my cpu should run at 1.10v-1.40v (Vcore) mines running at between 1.40 and 1.50 when in performance mode or balanced mode in power options on windows 7 64, in the bios the lowest setting is 1.40 which is auto in bios but it never runs at 1.40 always higher, i can change it up by 0.025 increments but not down below auto (1.40) i want to turn it down so its always lower than 1.40v even when under load at high performance settings, when in power saving mode on windows 7 64 it runs as low as 1.10 which is great but the clock speed of cpu then goes down to as low as 1000mhz when in power saving mode, have tried settings in dual core centre in windows and is no setting to turn it down only up and have just downloaded nvidia system tools (formerly ntune) and that wont change it down either, have tried disabling/enabling cool n quiet in bios and have tried disabling enabling D.O.T mode in bios and still no joy, also is the same in xp 32+64 bits so i know it 'aint the OS, driving me mad lol any ideas?

Check here...http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Athlon_64_X2
It sais VCore: 1.25 V - 1.35 V for your CPU...That said, I asume you O/C it so you would need the extra voltage. I noticed that also with my K9N2, it only let me pick 1.35'ish to 1.4'ish...I did not want to push any more with the Kuma so I left it at 1.4...As for your problem I would suggest trying
http://www.asrock.com/feature/OCTuner/download.asp
They have NVIDIA nForce 750a SLI, K10N750SLI, same chipset i believe so it should work. Try it out and let us know. I hoped I helped some!
