First off that is a X850Pro he's talking about, and it should be higher, although his CPU is probably slow, what is your CPU speed?

AM3 doesn't want to run properly with my GTO. It goes trough the whole thing but crashes just when it's about to give me my score . I found a fix somewhere on the forums that fixes it, only thing is that it now enables Vsync even if I disabel it in the driver. So now my score is a crappy 56,000. I used to get 74,000 with my Venice 3200+ paired with a 6800NU. Screw AM3... I get 6k+ in 3DMark05 .

I wouldn't worry much about scores if your getting a new rig next month. But if you must, try to OC the CPU some.

i know i shouldnt worry, but it would be nice to have a second machine that could play all the recent games for people who come by the house and want to game.
