Memory Refresh Rate?

The option is called Refresh Rate (Tref) and it is under the Memory options.
What should I set it to. The options are

100MHz , 15.6 us
133MHz , 15.6 us
166MHz , 15.6 us
200MHz , 15.6 us
100MHz , 7.8 us
133MHz , 7.8 us
166MHz , 7.8 us
200MHz , 7.8 us
100MHz , 3.9 us
133MHz , 3.9 us
166MHz , 3.9 us
200MHz , 3.9 us

As a starting point, try 200MHz , 7.8 us and use MemTest to see if its the right setting for your memory. If you get any errors, try one of the other 7.8us options.
