3200+ Problems

Thread Starter
sorry for doing another thread but my other one died.
i wondering why I can't push my Processor any higher than 2.4 ghz.
screens are below.
I have HTT at 4.
how come i can't push it any higher?
it boots at 2.5 but it crashes and prime95 has errors right away.
could my memory throw me off that much?
also how can i put a divider into my memory?
will the divider help any?
Set your memory to 166 and continue upping the HTT.

What he said ...
and...
What are your voltages @
4x will be good to 250MHz, beyond that you'll need a 3x.

EDIT...
He suggests setting the RAM to 166MHZ instead of the default 200MHz.

HTT = FSB on AMD's. So yes, he means keep upping your FSB.

Your vcore (CPU voltage) is to low.
With a good FHS (Fan HEat Sink) you can up to 1.6v
With the stock unit stay at or below 1.5v
Just remember to keep you full load temps below 50c.
